cleaning & care instructions :

Before first use, wash your water bladder , rinse and air out to dry.

• Wash with soap, and air out to dry.

• Fill with equal parts white vinegar and water, soak for 24 hours, rinse, and air out to dry. Fresh cut lemons and water also work.

• Fill the bladder with water and added some baking soda or lemon juice, soak for 24, then wash and dry.
